Managed IT Services

Your outsourced IT department in Greater Houston.

Keep business technology organized without building a full internal IT department. CipherOne MSP, LLC combines remote help-desk support, administration and on-site work at customer locations across Greater Houston and Southeast Texas.

Operate with visibility

Endpoint monitoring, patch coordination, inventory and documentation make the environment easier to understand and support.

Support your people

User support, onboarding, offboarding and Microsoft 365 administration help employees stay productive.

Plan beyond the next ticket

Lifecycle planning, vendor coordination and infrastructure reviews connect IT decisions to your business needs.

What we can help with

Start with the need.
Build the right scope.

Service scope, availability and response expectations are defined in your service agreement—not assumed from a website.

  • Remote monitoring and endpoint management
  • User onboarding and access changes
  • Workstation and server administration
  • Patching and maintenance coordination
  • Vendor coordination and documentation
  • Technology roadmaps and lifecycle planning

Support that fits the way your business runs

An outsourced IT department can be a practical fit when a business needs ongoing support but does not want every technology issue to become the owner's next project. We can also discuss a defined support role alongside an existing internal IT contact.

A planned start, not a rushed handover

  1. Understand the environment: Discuss users, locations, key applications, existing providers and the problems affecting work.
  2. Define responsibilities: Agree what is included, which systems remain with other providers, support channels, escalation and maintenance expectations.
  3. Coordinate the transition: Document approved access, review dependencies and plan changes before replacing working systems.

Questions about managed IT

Can you support a business that already has an IT employee?

Yes. We can discuss a defined role alongside your internal contact, with responsibilities and access agreed in advance.

Do you provide remote support or visit our business?

Both. Contact our remote help desk by phone or email, and arrange on-site work at your business when hands-on assistance is needed. CipherOne does not operate a walk-in office.

What determines the scope and price?

Your users, devices, locations, applications, existing condition and required coverage affect the proposal. Licensing, projects and third-party services should be identified explicitly. Contact us to discuss your environment; a website visit does not establish a service agreement.

Can you help us change IT providers?

We can discuss a planned transition, including authorized account access, documentation, existing dependencies and the handoff process. Review existing contractual obligations and agree the transition scope before changing access or canceling services.

Same goals. Better systems.

Let’s build what’s next.
Together.

Better IT operations, stronger security or a custom solution. Start with the problem you need to solve.
